Capture is incomplete
- AI chat history is missing: open the conversation and capture it manually. Auto-save does not backfill old messages. See Capture AI chats.
- Auto-save did not run: confirm the platform supports it and check Settings → General → Auto-save.
- ChatGPT Advanced capture fails: make sure you are signed in and are not viewing a shared link or temporary chat, then retry.
- Images are missing: retry with More → Cache images in the item detail view.
A shortcut does not work

Sync fails
Check the destination connection and permissions, then retry. Local content will not be deleted. See Sync for setup instructions.
