$ insert

Search local items from supported AI editors and insert saved content.

Enable $ insert items under Settings → General → $ insert.

Use it

  1. Type $ in a supported AI editor.
  2. Enter keywords to search local items.
  3. Use ↑ / ↓, then press Tab or Enter to insert Markdown.
  4. Review the content before sending.

Supported: ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Google AI Studio, DeepSeek, Kimi, Doubao, Yuanbao, Poe, Notion AI, and z.ai.

Selecting an item inserts content only; it never sends the message automatically.
